STRATO (Esperanto = street) 

an interactive performance, moving through the streets interacting with space, objects and public

A clown appearing on the street, messing around, playing with the passers
by, making people laugh from their own existence. Children like spontaneity
allows all jokes and the babies, children, teenagers, adults and olders find
themselves in the middle of the game… Just to jump out for a moment from daily
reality, just to become carefree, just to forget and to remember…

The clown character based on Commedia dell'arte

The closest translation of the name is "comedy of craft", it is shortened from comedy of the craft of improvisation". Commedia dell'arte  was performed by professional actors, who perfected a specific role or mask.

The performers played on outside, temporary stages, and relied on various props in place of extensive scenery. 

Conventional plot lines were written on themes of sex, jealousy, love and old age. 

The clown character in La Strato, playing in the streets, like in the 16 th century,

he is looking for his missing half, by involving audience in his journey. He is  making jokes and fun, playing, interacting, improvising ....
